5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by restaurants, drivers, or external factors (e.g., weather).

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Users may cancel orders before a restaurant accepts.

  • Refunds are subject to restaurant/policy approval.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes.

  • Harass drivers, restaurants, or other users.

  • Reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, app design, text) belongs to Good Food.

  • User-generated content (e.g., reviews) grants us a non-exclusive license.

9. Liability Limitation

  • We are not liable for:

    • Food safety or quality issues.

    • Damages from Service misuse.

    • Third-party actions (e.g., delivery delays).

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
